Story
How we work
TÜRKBETON makes Redblok lightweight concrete block for light walls that lower a building's dead load and seismic mass. We make the block to a measured density. It does the same lightweight-wall job as autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) without an autoclave; we do not make AAC.
Our team sets the block's density class and dimensions together with the wall's insulation and load needs, and plans dispatch around the project location and quantity. This reduces late revisions and surprises on site.
Engineering team
An in-house team of civil engineers, concrete technology and production planning specialists, coordinating directly with architectural practices and client engineers.
Health and safety
Risk assessment in the plant; mandatory training for lifting, cutting and production equipment safety.
Sustainability
A light block reduces dead load and the amount of material transported. We use no coarse aggregate, reuse moulds and recover process water.
